Having purchased the property our client commissioned us to work with them on the design and to undertake the refurbishment of this apartment with in a grade II 1930’s listed building. We helped manage the whole process from initial local authority and freeholder approval through construction and then to completion. This is one of a number of apartments we have worked on within this building.
